scatterlink Terms and Conditions — Philippines Players

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use scatterlink, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. scatterlink does not permit players under 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use. scatterlink is operated exclusively for Philippines players.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. Each account must represent a single natural person using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a scatterlink employee where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Registration is limited to one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified, scatterlink reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your scatterlink account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested using your account credentials.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential and not share them with any other person. scatterlink will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

scatterlink uses SSL encryption across all pages and transaction flows. OTP verification is available as an additional account security layer. Enabling OTP for withdrawals is strongly recommended. scatterlink is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to protect their own account credentials.

You may not transfer, sell, or gift your scatterlink account to another person. Accounts are non-transferable.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on scatterlink are processed exclusively in ₱ PHP — Philippine Peso. There are no multi-currency options on the platform. Supported payment methods include Philippine bank transfers, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets. Specific payment options available to your account are shown in the cashier section after login.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. scatterlink is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method, as shown in the cashier.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be cleared before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Your own deposited funds are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to verification.
• scatterlink reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention systems. This may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending review.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

scatterlink does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as deposit or withdrawal methods. Deposits must originate from payment methods you own and which are registered in your verified name.

4 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games available on scatterlink — including slots, live casino table games, eBingo, and online poker — are operated using software and content from third-party game providers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and maximum payout limits for each game are set by the provider and are available in the game information screen before play begins.

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted up to the cut-off time displayed for each market. Late bets are voided.
• Settlements are based on the official result published by the relevant sporting authority or event organiser. Where results are disputed, scatterlink will follow the ruling of the relevant governing body.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time without notice. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid.
• scatterlink reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the integrity of the event is in question or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

scatterlink does not guarantee continuous availability of any game or betting market. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or technical issues may temporarily make certain games or markets unavailable. Players are advised not to rely on any specific game or market being available at any given time.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

scatterlink may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion in the Promotions section and must be read in full before accepting any offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money deposited balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer table games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets or play games in a way that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from known errors are void.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity at any point.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform through your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with scatterlink support.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

scatterlink reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or a request from relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, access to your funds will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, scatterlink may withhold or forfeit balances in accordance with the specific terms applicable to the breach.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you have a real-money balance at the time of closure and your account is in good standing with completed KYC verification, your balance will be returned to you via a payment method registered to your account, subject to any active bonus wagering requirements.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the scatterlink platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of scatterlink or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the scatterlink platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of scatterlink's intellectual property is a violation of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

scatterlink provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scatterlink's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time the claim arises. scatterlink is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime, game errors subsequently corrected, or technical failures outside scatterlink's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or keep your login credentials confidential.
• Any decision made by a player based on information or odds displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these terms limits scatterlink's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or where limitation is not permitted by applicable Philippines law.

scatterlink collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and identity documents — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. It is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment providers only to the extent necessary to process your transactions.

12 Amendments to These Terms
